IMPORTANT
NOTES
MINIMUM
STAY PERIODS
Bookings
are only accepted for a minimum of 5 nights in low season, and a
minimum of 7 nights in Holiday and high season.
CHECK
IN/OUT
Check
in time to all of our properties is at 4.00PM and check-out time
is 11.00AM.
Late
check-out will be charged at $60.00 per hour until 4.00PM. After
4.00PM a full night will be charged (subject to availability).
KEY
PICK-UP TIMES
Keys
are deposited in a secure Lock Box, code is supplied before
departure.
SECURITY
DEPOSIT
Before check-in, the guest must provide a Visa, MasterCard, or American
Express deposit of US$400.00/£200.00 per stay. No charge is made to the
credit card unless there are damages to the assigned property.
PAYMENT
METHODS
Payment
is accepted in either of the following formats: Personal Check,
Bankers Draft, or Credit Card. A 4% surcharge will be levied for
credit card payment. Final Payment is due 12 weeks prior to
arrival.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Cancellations
will only be accepted in writing. Verbal or telephone
cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations made at least
12 weeks prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund
less deposit of $200.00/£100.00 (advised upon receipt of cancellation
notice).
Cancellations
made within that period will be charged
in full. No-shows will also be charged in full.
TERMS
& CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Once
a booking has been made, the Customer agrees to abide by the
rules and legislation in reference to our homes for lease.
The
customer agrees to hold harmless the property owner from suits or claims of any guest in reference to damaged,
lost, stolen or destroyed personal belongings. We STRONGLY
recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance also
covering personal belongings.
The
customer agrees to hold harmless the property owner from any and all injuries to occupants, family members, or
guests occurring on or about the premises.
The
customer agrees to hold harmless the property owner, from any disruption to their vacation through 'acts-of-god'
(inclement weather etc.).
